Cylinder Head replacement at 28K?

Hey guys. Still looking for an R56 to purchase in DFW. Found this 2010 S model with ~68k miles:

https://www.carfax.com/VehicleHistor...mf7c52atz73877

I'm looking at the history and the previous owner had the Cylinder Head replaced at 28k miles and the timing chain replaced earlier at 22k miles....red flags no?

If you're able to do engine rebuilds on your own, why not? Or if you're able to do an engine swap, it's fine, too. Really depends on what level of labor and cost you're willing to shell out once things take a dump.
