Need Help Ideas 2007 R56

So I recently finished building my Mini Engine 2007 R56. New 47mm Turbo, Stage Three Mario tune .5mm bore with 9.5 compression Ratio, CP pistons, Forged Rods, all new bearings, Re-manufactured Head from Mini. First 30 miles of break in everything has been perfect. Now Im getting a popping from the intake manifold on acceleration. We have tried everything trying to figure out this popping/backfiring. It only happens on acceleration and does not seem to lose any power. Its not a deceleration popping like some get. Spark plugs were new but when checked after 50 miles they are pretty black but not wet. Cleaned no change. Checked compression and all cylinders are right on the money. Have tried switching out MAF Sensor, Map Sensor, Turbo pressure Sensor, Have checked for any leaks found none and also tried smoke test. Have tried swapping with another intake manifold. Swapped out Vanos Solenoid. Unhooked battery overnight. Checked for valve cover leaks, Have tired blocking off the intake Manifold hose to the valve cover. Still get the popping on acceleration. Any other Ideas to try/check?
