shift **** sliding off

my 07 r56 S manual shift **** is sliding off. its a little scary sometimes, lol. can I fix it or do I need a new one? looks like in order to fix it I would need to replace the plastic sleeve inside?

Yep, might not be pushed down all the way, when you remove them, most people have to watch they dont punch themselves in the eye,... on joke.
