Off-car wireless-Charging for MINI key-fob/remote

Soo... I've been seaching on the forums here with no luck... appologise if the info below has been posted already and would appreciate a link if so...

Looking at this photos ... and at some of the other pics of items on Bimmer forums...
Seems the key fobs are using inductive charging. (the rectangular coil on the board)

Wonder if you can charge key fobs of Mini R53 and/or R56 on a Qi phone charging pad or other inductive charging pad so I can keep them charged when not using??

.. I've heard of people using Sonicare toothbrush chargers for key charging on the MINI's... and also of Sonicare charging on a Qi pad.....

So... hmmm ?
Anyone ??

Here is a link of a BMW owner charging his with a toothbrush charger. Same concept

Good luck.

so i did some testing and confirmed the wireless Iphone charger will charge the fob 2.78 volts to 3.2 over night , But it appears the batteries just don`t have enough to work aging fobs i did try new batteries they work short time , So i installed new non rechargeable 2032 batteries they are thicker and will require modification to the case but it works great , The mini dealer can stick his 200.00 fob.
