R56 Clutch Masters FX100 pedal feel
Clutch Masters FX100 pedal feel
Hi fellow motorist;
So, I’m in the process to change my clutch and have already done some upgrades to my R56. I’m now down to: stock vs clutch masters FX100 kit. The one thing that I’ll like to know from those that have the FX100, how’s the pedal feel? The manufacturer says “slightly increased pedal pressure” in which does not necessarily mean pedal feel. Please enlighten me!

I will chime in, but dont have the FX100 clutch. The peddle pressure they are referring to is an increase in force you will have to use to push in the clutch. AKA harder to press in the clutch. This is due to stiffer pressure plate springs so that is grabs the disc better for higher HP engines.
I had a 6 puck clutch on my 300zx twin turbo and it was hard to drive around town. It took allot to push in the clutch, but the 400hp was worth it.
