Can I Use Your NCS? (NorCal - East Bay)

Hi guys, happy Thanksgiving to the NAM fam!

I live in East Bay, NorCal and am wondering if I can meet up to borrow your NCS to recode my bulb light check. I don't have a laptop running old Windows and all I need is to recode this one thing, so haven't justified the need to sideload the older version of Windows and get the cable. Can you help? I'll treat you for coffee or something!

I have it running on Win8 so you actually dont need XP for this mission. If you dont have the cable, I think it is a good investment to get the package. not only coding you'd be able to do, but you can also run diagnostics in case something goes south. Minis tend to go south once in a while.lol

Ditto for Windows 10, run NCS in compatible mode works for me.

Not to thread jack but I've been trying to get NCS working on my own VM and haven't had any luck. Would anyone be willing to provide a working VM with NCS setup?

Hmm, thanks all for your confirmation that Windows XP and above works. I tried it on an XP (didn't work because the application is 32-bit and absolutely refused to run because our XP is 64-bit). And it didn't help that the application came on a CD, which none of my laptops have.
