Coding Help

I'm in the process of converting my R56 over to the OEM Bi-Xenons and have hit a roadblock with the coding. I have a Carly adapter but it always fails to code the FRM and I've tried so many different versions of NCS-Expert and E-Sys without any luck so far getting one to connect to the car without errors. It's been into the dealer for repairs earlier this year so it should be on the latest software if that makes any difference. I've searched here on the forums and found many threads about NCS-Expert but they're all a few years old so I don't know if it's due to the software/datens being out of date but I thought it might be worth checking on here and seeing if anyone might be local to the San Luis Obispo area that is familiar with this process and could help me out. Or if anyone has updated links I can get working versions of the necessary software to do it myself that would work too.

I've also noticed they all appear to be in German, does anyone know of an English translated version or are they all going to be one of those translate one line at a time?
