mouse in a/c

I had a mouse get into my mini cooper s 2007 rs56. It ate thru the cabin filter and tore up some of the green insulation in the duct. Is there a procedure for taking the dash apart to inspect for damaged seals, wiring or stuck vent doors. My compressor turns on but the air is not cold at all. I want to take it apart in the proper order.

Here's a fool proof, low maintenance mouse getter to preclude any further rodent invasions.
