R56 Radio Alarm at 2 AM

Radio Alarm at 2 AM
Hi,
I'm still looking for info about disabling the radio alarm (at 2 AM) in my Mini Base R56 2010.
The car was bought at the official dealership (used) but they could not fix it or give me an answer about this.
If I'm driving around 2 AM, the radio (whether it's on or off) goes into AM mode (tunes to the first saved station) and flashes the "ALARM" legend. This happens every 5 or 10 minutes, multiple times.
I could never find anything related to alarm in any of the radio menus (to set / deactrivate / delete / etc)
