Marshall Gauges

Before I invest in gauges - who has experience. I am looking at oil pressure and boost from Marshall fitted with Craven speed bracket, senders and fittings. There is a mechanical boost gauge but it's not the mini cooper "styled" gauge. Suggestions? Experiences? Thank you, Dan Raabe

You asked.

For me this is a form or function type issue. I have gauges, they look good but when I am concentrating on driving the last place I am going to look is down. I had a HUD on both of my Vets and after thinking I was never going to use them came around to the fact they are the best thing since sliced bread. I now have an Ultragauge that I use for checking my manifold pressure and temperature. I have thought about removing my gauge pods.

Dan-
Check out this thread....DneprDave outlines a way to remotely mount the oil pressure sending unit. I did this and it worked really well. I bought the line from NAPA - they had the line and the fittings and could make it any length I needed.

Best of luck and have fun!
