Lower offset wheels?

I have a 2007 s hatch with bc coilovers now on the car, I just wanted to know if anyone has previous experience with sub 30 offset wheels and will they fit without rubbing fenders or struts?

Depends on the width of the wheel, if you are running the stock width you should have no problems at all since a lower offset would move the wheel away from the inside of the wheel well. Check out https://www.willtheyfit.com/ it really helped me figure out what size would work best.
