need new headlights

i want a pair and dont want to spend 1000 for them. This my commuter car. i see hundreds of options on ebay etc. has anyone tried them? are they decent? car is a 2011 mini s with regular halogen lights. I would like to have the newer style led or HID if im going to upgrade. tell me what the best optinon is. Thanks

Do you have those in HID? Or led? The first one looks bright. Is it led?

So the Spyders you buy the halogen (H9 bulb) version then a conversion kit below. The pictures show the Xenon to Xenon kit. Yes the omega ring is LED ( day time running lights) and bright. Both Halogen to Halogen and Xenon to Xenon kits have them.

I bought a set of Spyder off of eBay and have had good luck with them. My 2013 R56s originally had halogen lights and I replaced then with the halogen version of the Spyder lights in the above ECS post. I replaced the halogen bulbs with HID bulbs and ballast and have had zero issues. I highly recommend going through eBay. The lights I purchased are identical to what the vendors sell, but at half the price.
