2011 thermostat issues

Hello everyone, i recently had to change my thermostat housing, everything was good untill I was driving home and my engine light came back on, i now have a P0015 code I didn’t notice anything odd in how the car ran but it’s bugging to know there’s something also going on, any ideas or what could fix it?

Check the sensors and make sure they are plugged in all the way and not broken or cracked on the wire harness side. Also bled that system a couple time. The air gets trapped in there and does not work its way out till the second bleed. 11538674895 thermostat is the one.
