Post LCI significant changes

Hi,
What/when were significant post LCI (2011->) changes made? I know know of a couple:

4/12 HPFP is Bosch. Required new head, cable, ECU. Not backward compatible.

??/12 Metal water pump replaces plastic one

Any others?

Thanks for the LCI change list. That is the most comprehensive list I have seen. I was looking for changes that were introduced after the LCI update, running changes. I know the thermostat was revised several times. Were there other changes too?
