Multiple CEL Codes (P0420, P115D, P0141) Exhaust Leak Problem?

Hello,

My 09' JCW has had multiple problems over the past few months.
Right now I'm getting multiple CEL codes.

I'm getting
P0141 - O2 Heater Circuit (Bank1, Sensor2)
P0420 - Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank1)
P115D - Mass or Volume Air Flow 'A' Mass Too High

Mini version of codes I get are
276A
2B5B
2A56

The sympton I get is when I accelerate, especially on 3rd or 4th gear at around 3000 rpm, I get a hissing sound and the car doesn't accelerate too well. The I get a little jerk and then the car accelerates as it should (the hissing sound goes away).

I searched around and first thought it could be the O2 sensor or a bad catalytic converter due to the codes, but I also found that it could be air leak somewhere because of the hissing noise.

Any thoughts or advice on this issue?
Any help is appreciated!
