Window Weirdness

This morning when I pulled up to my bank's drive-in window, I discovered that the driver's side (left) window of my 2013 MCS would not go down, nor would the passenger's side.

After shutting off the engine, removing-reinserting the key & restarting, the right window worked normally, but the left one didn't: it would open with a single touch, but I had to hold the switch to close it. Also, when opening the door, the left window would pop down as it should, but wouldn't automatically re-close when the door was shut.

After one more cycle of shutting the engine off & restarting it, the left window resumed popping back up when the door was closed, but now when open, it still will not close unless I hold the switch.

Any suggestions?

Hello, Make sure the main plug on the back of the toggle switch is all the way in. Second, did you ever have anything spill on the switch? Making it sticky? Check the wire plug to the door at the window motor.
