Steering rack right side inner bushing

So I just took my 2009 Mini Cooper S in for a safety check (Canada), and they found radial play on the right side, meaning...the steering rack assembly is bolted securely to the car, but the inner rack that the inner tie rod end connects to, is able to move up and down a few millimeters. I removed the boot, and I can see that there's a white plastic (Delrin maybe) bushing in there that must be worn a bit. There is no fluid leaking. Does anyone know if that bushing can be purchased separately, and can it be replaced with the rack still in the car?

ask the dealer or the mechanic to identify it for you and give you a quote of the part. then search for it online and buy it if sold separately.

Thanks for the reply. I got it through safety. Another mechanic said it was no problem, and nothing to worry about.
