I’m presently re-assembling an N14 engine for my 2007 MCS with auto transmission. I realize that some fasteners are single use TTY or stretch bolts (Head bolts, cam sprocket bolts).

Are the main bearing bolts and flex-plate to crank bolts single use only?

The Bentley manual says that the torque plate / flywheel mounting bolts (qty 6) are single use.

I can't find anything on the main bearing caps in the manual anywhere.

 

Flex plate are single use, main caps are reusable, but anytime I've ever had an engine to that point they are cheap insurance to replace while you're in there.
