2013 Mini Cooper s hatch back transmission swap

I'm new to the forum -and honesty don't even know if I'm in the right thread- but I wanted to know if anybody had any Idea how to go about changing the transmission from automatic to 6speed (where to get the tranny, labor cost, ect...) if anyone can help that would be great

Thanks

Sell your car and buy the other one. Must easier and way cheaper.

Don't even think about it! ECU's are programmed for one OR the other, not both. It probably can be done, but you need some serious motivation for the grief involved. And when you're all done, what have you got that was worth all the trouble?

why do you want to do the swap? it it could be done and the ECU can be programmed for that option using NCS expert and some other software. i am not sure if you have to drill out for the clutch or if there is a pre-marked hole. finally, there is wiring harness that needs replacement and most likely goes behind the dash...easy yet time consuming. if it is your daily driver, it isnt worth the trouble. what is the budget you have in mind for this?

I think I have all the parts for the swap, but not sure if it would work. I have two spare mini coopers clubman s manual. One is a 2008 and the other is a 2011. If you want, I can take a look at the wiring and how things are constructed and let you know...where are you in the states?
Also, what are the options you have on the car?
