Torque steer!

I have a 2011 mcs and it has a lot of torque steer. This is my first mini, I wana say that it is common with mcs. My question is, what are some ways to get rid of it?

Take it to the local dealer to ensure it has the latest ECU software. There was an update to fix torque steer in late 2011 - early 2012. Other than that, put an egg between your foot and the gas pedal!

Sorry, no. The repairs I needed at the time couldn't (they wouldn't do without the update) be done unless I had them install it. Totally screwed up my AP maps, but that was easily fixed, later.
