Code P2B64

I have a weird issue. Seems After I come down to a stop light I get a little hiccup. I plugged in my Accessport and is shows I have a code P2B64. This is an intake manifold leak. I pulled the airbox and checked all connection. I removed the MAP sensors and cleaned and replaced them. I removed my valve cover and checked and cleaned that and its seals. All good. I even used a hose to check the PCV in the valve covers and they flap and close as they should. This only seems to happen at idle. Doesn't seem to effect anything yet. I do however notice a sound like whistle after I shut off the car. Sounds like a ballon deflating. I checked all hoses for leaks and nothing there. Even the sound generator. Suggestions?

Could this be a bad PCV internal to the valve cover?

I replaced the valve cover and cleared the codes. The noise is now gone. I believe that solves the problem
