What kills Justa motors and when?

I have a justa with 21,000 miles and hope for many more. In the past couple days I read (on craigslist and a facebook forum) of a burned valve at around 110,000 miles. There are Justas here with 150,000/180,000/200,000 miles and more so I am quite optimistic. Got me wondering though what kills Justa motors and when? Do N14 and N16s have different root causes?
Thanks!

I'm at 82k on my base mini and haven't had any engine issues yet. I do keep up on oil level and change frequently.

I have always heard the justa motors are simple and good, but the automatic transmissions are horrible and don't last very long.

62k (manual) and never engine problems, running as new:

Oil and filter changed every 5k
Spark plugs and air filter changed every 30k
Coolant changed every year
Only premuim gas (some additive every 2k)

Drive belt will be changed on these days (60k+)

G1 Coopers were notorious for burning exhaust valves, but I have only seen a few burnt valves in a G2 Cooper. The most notorious failure I've seen in the heads are valve guide seals and valve seats that come unseated and bend valves. All of these types of failures have also been found on cars that had been severely overheated, or ran low on coolant for extended periods of time.
