Amazing just amazing.
Ordered and installed the ECS aspherical outside left and right mirrors.
It's like having two widescreen flat panels on your car!
Virtually no blind spot. I would still turn may head but by the time they are way in your mirror the front of their car is visible to your left or right.
Only weird effect is backing out of your garage objects next to the car are quite different than they were. That goes away and is what you see in reverse. LOL
On the road you can see really far down the road behind you so there are no surprises.

The original mirrors are a trite flimsy so you may lose them, crack, when removing. Theoretically you should have the "objects appear...." to pass inspection when you sell it. May depend on your state. I almost think the inspector won't notice. What I notice is that these new mirrors make your life much, much safer!

Thanks for the review. I have them on my R52 and really like them. Gen 1 has one option, gen 2 MINI have two options dependent on if you have the autodim or not.
