Just found out my mini is second generartion lol 2013 mini cooper hardtop sunroof need some opinion on getting size wheels 16 or 17? And can i add some bluetooth?

 

I don't believe it's practical to add factory Bluetooth, but there are plenty of hands-free devices by folks like BlueAnt that clip on your sun visor and are inexpensive (check Ebay for @$50 options). MUCH better to have a hands-free device than none!
