Class action lawsuit

I received a call from a law firm out of LA that BMW/MINI has reached a preliminary settlement in a class action suit for the N14 motored cars. Has anyone heard this?

The timing couldn't be better; my 2010 MCS JUST started the death rattle (again) at 50K miles. No pun intended, BTW.
