I'm a new proud owner of a metallic silver 07' Mini Cooper S and i'd love to change the interior trim to tech white. I've found everything including the armrest trim, passenger knee bolster, and the left side trim of the drivers side. Yet, I cant find a tech white trim for the ignition switch (or at least one that I can purchase). I've also tried looking through some salvage yards to no avail. Does anyone know where I could find one or am I simply out of luck?
Welcome to NAM! Maybe try searching www.car-part.com. Searches a very wide spread area of salvage yards and one may just have that part you are looking for. Otherwise, is this the part you're looking for? #12 below. Part number 51452752852 here and it's called "cream white" for the color. The cover for the stop/start switch is #14 and is 51452752836 here, but it's black.
