I can't access your link here at work, but chances are these are normal sounds. The vacuum leak sound you hear is possibly caused by the Aux Water pump that runs after the engine is shut down to help continue to cool the very hot turbo. I heard this noise too when I bought mine and wondered what it was.

These engine are direct injection and make a lot of noise from the injectors as they run at a very high pressure.

Hopefully someone else that can hear your noise can chime in.
