Replacing Tensioner Assembly - Need help?

The "Mistress" has had a little bit of the squeaks for a while now. Typically only on cold starts and sticks around for a little while then stops. Sounds like the typical belt squeak, so I am going to start replacing those parts. Already have a new belt (cake to install after the second time). I just received my tensioner pulley assembly and plan to attack it. What I am looking for is a write up on it or any additional information to replace. I did a search and have looked for the last hour or so and haven't found anything helpful. Any advice is greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.

We have a belt tensioner replacement DIY here that may be helpful.
