NCS Expert Question - Where is the 2RAD Module?

Hi everyone,

Recently, I started to do some coding with NCS Expert. I successfully programmed the one-touch functions for the sunroof, so I assume that my software setup & programming cable are ok.

Next on my list is to disable the bass rolloff for the rear speakers in the 2RAD module. However, after choosing the CAS ECU, I can't find it in the list of modules. Here are the modules that I have:

4BMOTABG
CAS
CHAMP
DSC
EPS
FRM
IHKA
KOMBI
MEDIA
SHD
SPEG
SZL

Here are some more details that may help:
- I have a 2011 MC R56 (manufactured in Sep.2010)
- I used a laptop with Win XP Pro, 32 Bit
- I used NCS Expert 3.1.0 and NCS Dummy 0.6.0.4
- Daten files are 53.0.5
- according to a dealer printout my car is equipped with the following options:
06FP Integrated visual display
06ND Media connect
06NM MINI Connected
06VC Combox controller

So, my car has the stock stereo with the visual boost display (no navy) and the USB + A/V 1/8" plug in the centre console.

The 2RAD module should be there, shouldn't it?

Thanks!

You can't access the 2RAD module.
Look into the CHAMP module.
Doesn't hurt to look inside it.

I've had a look into the CHAMP module. I've found the following:

AUDIO_SYSTEM_CIC
stereo

Does changing the above to "hifi" have the same effect as changing VEHICLE_FILTERS from "r56_stereo" to "r56_hifi"?
Can anyone confirm / explain what the AUDIO_SYSTEM_CIC parameter does?

I found 2 more parameters in CHAMP module that seem to be interesting:
CDMM_BLUETOOTH_AUDIO
nicht_aktiv

Would setting it to aktiv enable buetooth audio or do I need to doe something else to achieve that?

SOFTWARE_UPDATE_ASSISTANT
nicht_aktiv

I'm missing the software update option in the settings menu of the Visual Boost. Would setting this to aktiv make the menu appear? Is there a good reason why my software update option is hidden? Does anyone have the same problem?

Thanks!
