I'm planning on buying the Alta "Hot side boost tube". However, I am not sure of the accurate usefulness of this part. Does anyone have a Dyno chart with and without the boost tube? Does anyone have this part installed that can tell me how it runs installed? Would this be worth the 145$? Thanks for your input!

Would you get any Power gains? No. Would you feel good because you eliminated an arguably useless part? Yes. At lease I did.

So no power gains, is there any difference at all? Would it sound different (louder) or make the pedal sensitive or something along those lines? Or is this just not worth it?

I can't say for sure as I installed the AEM intake at the same time, but I'm pretty sure any extra noise I got was from the intake and not the delete. (I got the NM Engineering tubes instead, just for asthetics really). But if I did it again, I would just do the muffer delete. They're somewhere on ebay I think. Usually only $40-$50.
