The sunroof on my 2007 R56 Justa will no longer open. When I push the switch to open it seems that the front drivers side sunroof stays down and the front passenger side goes up and then there is a grinding. Then it wont close unless I push up on the drivers side of the sunroof and press the switch.


I have done a search online and it appears that the entire sunroof assembly needs to be replaced and is very costly. So I plan on repairing it myself.


Has anyone found or have any detailed instructions on how to repair the sunroof?
