You can still order the colored wheel arches independent of any aero kit. MINI calls it the "blackband" option. They are in the R56 JCW parts catalog. The description reads something like "for those who can't get enough of their body color..."
As some have said, the factory areo kit is not available, but colored arches have always been an option.
