Has anyone had problems with this company. I ordered an intake for my sons r56 non S. I noticed that the price was slightly lower. I ordered it and paid asap. I received an email shortly after that they are on back order. I tried to call many times only to get no answer. I email and got a response saying they are getting them in in a few weeks. I wrote an email yesterday and didnt get a response. Iam getting concerned. If anyone has had any problems with these people please let us know....thanks

 

You got two responses informing you that they are on backorder and how long it would take to get them back in-stock, I don't see a problem for concern. You have to realize that they probably get a ton of emails and have a business to run, their in it to make money and can't afford to repeatedly respond to your emails, time is money. Either wait for your product to be in-stock or request your refund.

 

bought a lot of stuff from these folks and transactions were seamless. one item was on backorder but though but promise date was way sooner than I thought. communication was quite excellent and that gave me a peace of mind not to worry..

They have a live chat option on their website. That's how I talk to them quickly. Also in some cases had them lower they're prices.
