Baton Rouge MINI

Took my 08 Cooper S in on Dec 4 for the chain tensioner recall appointment. Turns out they didn't actually even have the parts in stock, so I had to leave it. I called a week later, was told the parts had just been delivered.

Called again this morning, was told they are waiting on parts again. I feel like my MINI is being held hostage. Any suggestions to put pressure on the dealership?

Did they give you a loaner car? If so who cares, have fun in their car. If not I'd call them and ask for one.
