I take it your a track rat. I hope you've tackled other heavier stuff before deciding to rip it all out. Make it look good too My R56 that's for sale is essentially a street legal track car. I just painted all the bare metal matte black. The front seats are the heaviest part of the interior. They weigh 52 pounds a piece. I have Sparco Evo's in mine that only weight 15 lbs.

Selective market. Not everyone is a track junkie. Most people want a MINI as a daily driver.

WTF, to each his own but you don't even track the car. Why would you take apart the interior if its not a car used for competition?

hahaha....yeah pretty weird huh? Actually, not only do I not track it, I hardly even drive it period! I'll put everything back someday...maybe...probably not.

No I was just bored and felt like wrenching on something until I get my motorcycle back...no particular reason other than that.

Hey does anybody need panel pieces? lol

haha EDIT: I rolled into work this morning and the gate guard saw the interior of my mini and immediatley asked me if I tracked it. I said nope. and the look he gave me said "WTF?" without him even having to say "WTF" lmao! He was interested because he tracked his miata...

Why are you selling it? Didnt you just get the cage and seats put in a few months ago? Never understood why people put a butt load of time and money into a car and then turn around and sell it. Wish I had the money for it... how about a straight up trade? lol.

Edit... It would help if I actually read your FS thread before asking why your selling it hahaha. What did you get to replace it?

I can't speak for countryboyshane...but I'd have done the same thing if I could; dump a ton of money into car, tune it out/mod it until it's truly a one-off machine...and then dump it and move onto the next project.

For me, it's just as fun, if not MORE fun, turning the wrenches and customizing and testing out the recent additions, than it is actually having to live with the additions lol.

I just wish I was baller status and had unlimited cash money to speed up the process! I don't have the funds, patience, or minutes left in this life to accomplish what countryboyshane did to his mini...freaking awesome!

shoot I'd love to have this as my daily driver...

If you don't mind me asking, how much did that roll cage cost and how much does it weigh? thanks!

I really like the look of a roll cage...
