I'm looking looking into a set of wheel that would be 17x8 4x100 et24 but I'm kinda scared of that offset.... Anyone know if it'll fit? I'd most likely run a 205/40 on the wheels?

If you are on Lowered Suspension, your Clearances will be smaller for both inside-suspension & outside-fender. A good deal also depends on the tire profile, even on same size. If profile is slight curved top tread, i.e. () instead of squared [], that curved edge gives you a little 'play'.

Personally, running LOW on Coil-overs, I am working on my second set of aftermarket wheels; now 17x7 et36 with 205/40.

 

Short answer is no, they probably won't fit.
