Bluetooth

Hi,
I just purchased a 2010 MINI Cooper S, black black black. Great to be back in MINI.
I need assistance, can't pair phone with the car and that is the one manual that appears to be missing. I have the multi-function wheel but when I select Menu I do not see Phone - Config - MINI. Instead I see: COMP CONFIG MINI. Is it possible to have the multi-function steering wheel, etc... but not the bluetooth module?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank You

I don't know the answer regarding the MFSW and bluetooth.

However, if you go to mini.com/bluetooth, you can find the MINI bluetooth manual.

No "Phone" registering on the Radio Control Display then unfortunately you do not have the Bluetooth option.

Cwade,

As crazy as it sounds, the multi function steering wheel comes with the button for the phone but not the Bluetooth. Bluetooth is an additional option.

There is a retrofit kit but it depends on your budget. There are after market solutions as well. Should be a number of threads here on the subject.

Does the Ipod adapter in the hidden cubby mean you have the Bluetooth package?

Not necessarily. The USB port under the center stack is indicative of having the BT option. The dash cord is something different, possibly aftermarket.

Hmmmm ok.... I don't have the USB but i have the 30 pin Ipod connector that looks stock in the hidden area... odd... I'm new to all this though so I'm trying to figure it all out yet.
