ABS Failure

So this morning, my brother asked if he could take my 2012 justa to work because he didn't have enough gas in his car. Since I work less than 5 miles from home, I said sure go ahead.
Around 9 am, I got a call from him, a bit in panic, saying that the break wasn't working.. And the car won't stop accelerating..... I said.. "WTF?"
I had previously noticed that the car would sometimes stumble when slowing down, but this was something totally different. Also, when I took the car to Southbay Mini two weeks ago to get the stumbling checked out, they had said nothing was wrong with the car. Fortunately, my brother managed to pull into a parking lot and shut the car off. However, when he restarted the engine, RPM started to rise as if someone was stepping on the accelerator.
I had my brother call the roadside assistance and have them take the car to Southbay Mini. Meanwhile, I called Southbay Mini to speak with the service advisor from two weeks ago.. but of course.. it was his DAY OFF!!!

So.. right now, the car is still at the dealer.. They couldn't give my brother a loaner car because he didn't have an appointment.... Seriously? Did we know that the car was going to go crazy like this? They had promised that they'll call me with updates but no one bothered to explain anything until I called them 4 times.. The updates I got from them? It was they couldn't find any errors so they are bringing in some other technicians and they'll have a loaner car available for me to pick up .

Attached picture is the screen that poped up while the car was going crazy. Apparently, this screen didn't show when the tech. was doing their tests. Good thing we at least have this picture to prove that there is something wrong with the car............................................... ......... The car is less than 2 yrs old!!!!! UGH!!!!
