Help Please.....

Well, after a talk with the personnel at Detroit Tuning, I was able to get off the roof racks from my recently purchased MC S. Unfortunately, not until I got them off, did I realize that the installer did not make adequate sized cuts into the roof rail.......long story short, the racks were WAY difficult to remove and in the midst of removing the first pillar, I dinged the finish on my white roof. Now it looks to me like it's VINYL, not paint....OR the paint is awfully thick. How on earth do you touch it up? It's very small, the size of a flea (or maybe a little bit larger), but it's one of those things that I know it is there!.......any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated....Thank You in advance!
