Need help with tire pressures falken 912's

ok so i just called to order a set of falken 912's 205/40-17 for my '11 cooper s. the guy told me that in order for those tires to hold the weight of the car i would have to run them at 41 psi. stock is 35. would it be safe to cut the difference and run them at 37-38 psi? i know quite a few people who run this tire at the factory 35 psi and have no problems. any suggestions?

My 2008 MCS says 38psi on the door jam using the 205/45/17 runflats. Are you ordering from or checked with tirerack.com?

Tirerack doesn't carry Falken.
The Falken ZE-912 in 205/40/17 has a load range rating of 84 (XL rather than regular)
so it's adequate for a Cooper S (regular load range 205/45/17 has same rating of 84).
I would run them at 38 psi just like the stock tire recommendation.
