DuelL AG order update

Well guys, I was hoping to have Tackleberry outfitted with new DuelL AG pieces by the end of April. Unfortunately, I will be more like late May to early June. I found out today that the bulk of the order will be shipping out of Japan around the second week in May. The Cooling Bonnet will not arrive until early June.

For those of you considering ordering the DuelL Ag products from DuelL AG North America, please realize that the shop in Japan makes most items to order. So it will take some time for your kits and other pieces to be made. These are high quality products and are worth the wait. DuelL AG will not ship anything unless it is right before it goes out the door.

What else did you order besides the cooling bonnet? I'm assuming that's their vented hood right?

So what was the cost for all this including shipping? Just curious.

This is one of those if you have to ask, you can't afford it orders.

Congratulations, that is going to be one really fine looking MINI, could this be the first fully done over Duell MINI is the USA.

Really want to see the build pictures when you get it together.

Very nicely done!

Don

Since the recession all Japan parts are made after they are ordered. Had to deal with this when I was building my EVO X.

Because of my relationship with DuelL AG NA, I cannot say what it cost me. I can say this, it is a little bit less than $20K plus shipping.

Thanks Don.

This will be the first DuelL AG MINI in the USA. I was told today that I am the first DuelL Owners Group (D.O.G.) member in the USA. This is something that DuelL AG NA is doing for their customers. There will be certain benefits that go along with membership. As time goes on, more info will be provided. Also, in the next issue of MC2 Magazine (June or July), there will be a four page article on DuelL AG and DuelL AG NA. Part of the article will be an interview with DuelL's President, Cosque Sato.

Does anyone know how much a kidney goes for on the black market? Thinking about selling one of mine to pay for this kit

But in all seriousness, kudos to you. You already have a great car. I can't wait to see the finished product.

Seriously, bravo!

I'm surprised you didn't get their rebranded AP brakes, which are badass, but at their price, I would just go with Endless' BBK. Again, congrats. I think the only thing I'm getting from them is their wing and their hood.

I had partial sponsorship from DuelL AG NA, but all I really wanted was the wing, so I didn't feel I needed their sponsorship.

I think if I spent that much on a kit plus paint, I'd also hire a guard to watch my car at all times

I have the NM Engineering stainless cat-back system. That will be going on my wife's 2010 MCS after I change my system.

I remember you saying you we're going to be getting all these parts a while back. Can't wait to see it.

If you still want to get rid of the rear diffuser you currently have on the car. Drop me a PM, I may be able to take it off your hands.

I should have mine mounted Thursday afternoon. Now, I will need to find a home for my carbon fiber M7 Tuning C-Wing. The wife does not want it on her MINI.
