About to replace timing chain....what next?

Hey Gang,
This may get a little long, but, PLEASE stay with me (I wanna ensure you-all have the facts entirely).

OK....so I have a 2007 MCS with ~58.8K miles.

I bought the car used from the 2nd owner (with 29K miles). The car was a 3rd car for the original owner (a doctor) and the 2nd owner (a lawyer). Reason for selling was the car was just sitting (I was told). The car was in good shape (running and otherwise) so no reason to doubt this.

Anyway....
So far I have replaced:
-clutch at ~55k miles
-timing chain will be replaced by 60k miles as it has ~67mm of play and the max is 68 (as I am told by an independent MINI service shop). I will keep a sharp ear out for the noisy chain.
-water pump under recall/warranty
-tires, but, this would be expected with any car

Additionally, the SW has been updated with the latest revision, at that time (~Nov 2012).

The question I have is:

-Aside from the "large" typical scheduled maintenance items (oil changes, brakes/rotors, valve "walnut" cleaning, struts, spark plugs, etc) what other major repair expenses can I expect between 60k and 100k miles? Turbo???? Tranny??? Valve job???? Etc...

As long as I have been on this extremely helpful forum, I have only seen the clutch, water pump (auxilary) and timing chain as the major issues inside of 60k miles (aside from normal maintenance).

I realize this may be a loaded question, but, if anyone can respond with the other issues they have encountered between 60 - 100K miles, I would really appreciate it!

Thanks
