Catted Downpipe

I'm in the market for a new Downpipe. I was wondering if anyone has bought one with catts that haven't set off the CEL or if it did, it was easy to reset/recalibrate. Seems the pricing is anywhere from $500-800. It needs to have a catt because I removed the 2nd cat in the exhaust and I would like to keep passing emissions tests without swapping things.

Exhaust Depot sells downpipes with a cat... They go for under $600. According to them, no cel's are supposed to come on. Good luck

Thanks...Exhaust Depot, I've not heard of this vendor. The downpipe looks well thought out.

I have the Akrapovic DP w/ cat on my '09 MCS. I also bought the Akrapovic Delete R module as well. About a week after installing, I encountered a CEL. I then installed the Delete R and it cleared everything. Have not had a problem since. I highly recommend buying both at the same time.

Steer clear of Exhaust Depot, slooooow shipment and shoddy work.

Check out these welds:
