Front Suspension Noise

Whenever I take off from a stop, make a sharp turn or brake abruptly there is this sort of crunching noise (it sounds like something is moving but a slight amount of friction is making it harder for it to move (if that makes sense)) that comes from my suspension on the driver side. It seems to be the weight of the car shifting from front to back or side to side that causes the noise. I have looked up in the wheel well and nothing appears out of the ordinary. I have popped the hood and all of the bolts for the front strut appear to be fastened correctly. I have even gone as far as sitting right atop the front strut and getting the front of the car to bounce up and down with no noise. My thought process would lead me to the sway bar... Is there any possible way that something connecting to the sway bar would cause a noise like this? I've got an 07 R56S. The car isn't pulling or anything like that. It actually drives the same, just with this new noise. I noticed the noise after towing the car on a flatbed trailer from CA to TX.

Did you do any aftermarket suspension work on the front of the car?

Everything is 100% stock and should mention the car has only approx 45k miles.

Is there a way for you to narrow it down to a spot? Right now could be almost anything.

Otherwise, I guess just start tightening every bolt you can find up in the front.

My guess would be the lower control arm bushing is the issue. Or the ball joints on the lower control arm.

Part 10 is the bushing and part 7 is the lower control arm:

How did you tie your car down on the flatbed? It sounds like something might have been damaged in the process.
