OK silly question does anybody know how to stop the automatic payments on a car through the Mini Financial website. I made a big payment on the car and if it keeps taking the payments my wife's JCW will be paid off in 3 months. We have 40 months left on the loan

I was told by the representative on the phone to just turn off the EasyPay on the website and they would use the money I sent them as a credit. We have 0.9% finance so we are not to worried about the interest but we need to keep the account open and at a "low balance/value" for some time to build up our credit.

 

I have the option to cancel EasyPay on the MINI Owners' Lounge website. Go to:

Your Money - Payment Options - Make a Payment

There it lists under current payment settings that I am enrolled in EasyPay with the payment amount, payment date and the aformentioned option to edit or cancel.

 

That's I actually was looking near the bottom not near the middle of the form. All taken care of now.
