Thermostat

I have a question for those who know !!! I am new to the Mini experience and i am trying to make small upgrades for now... What will changing the thermostat do for the engine ? If this has been covered I apologize !!

Nothing, as the thermostat is electronically controlled by the ECU.

Since it is 100% electronically controlled, you will get a check engine light if it's bad.
