Whistle Noise

So I constantly keep hearing a whistle or squeaky noise when I am turning the steering wheel right. Its only when I am on a turn, like on a curvy road. It doesn't happen when I am making right hand turns or if I am turning left on a curvy road. I definitely know that it is coming from the right side, just not sure exactly where on the right side (front or rear)?

It could seem that air could quite be passing thru something. Maybe there's a hole in the shock boot and that's what is making the noise. It actually pisses me off, I usually have my radio up loud enough so that I don't hear it, but it is frickin annoying. Does anyone have any ideas? Anything at all would be most appreciated.
