Help needed: Gap between hood and front bumper?
Hey guys and gals - I took my front bumper off last weekend and noticed soon after I put it all back together that there was a larger gap than before between the hood and bumper.
I'm trying to fix the gap now - I think the passenger side looks ok after adjustments, but the driver's side seems to have a large gap no matter what I do.
Anyone care to share the gap measurement between their hood and bumper with the hood closed? Any suggestions for how I can raise the driver's side of the bumper? I'm working on a '12 JCW hardtop, but I would think that maybe the hood to bumper spacing is the same for all.
Thanks.

FWIW the gap between the painted portion of the hood and the bumper on my 2010 is a consistent .30" on the right and the left side. The gap between the upper grill surround and the lower grill trim is .05" on the left and .07" on the right. (My bumper has never been removed.) Sorry I don't know how to adjust it if yours is off. Good luck.
There are these 2 rubber bumpers inder the hood on the metal work about the radiator. There show be yellow or some kind of painted line on it to sow where the matching point it. Give a look adjust as required. Just turn left or right.
