Rear Bumper Protector

The top of the rear bumper on my 2011 R56 is already scratched from moving stuff (dog?) in and out of the hatch. Looks like MINI and the aftermarket folks sell a bumper protector that's smooth. For some reason, though, I think it would look better if it had some texture to it.

Wonder if any of you have run into a product that will satisfy my OCD. Thanks.

Cant help with one that is textured, have not seen one like that.

I just ad a local shop put on clear bra material. It got scratched up and I had it replaced. It is getting to the point it need to be replaced again but probably will wait just a little longer.

Unfortunately that does not help a scratched bumper already but if it were fixed then I would recommend going with the clear bra material.

I have the matte black MINI rear bumper protector on my MCS. I put my hockey bag in and out of the back hatch at least a couple times a week, so I knew I needed some protection. It works well. It's cheap and goes on quite easily. It isn't completely smooth, but rather has some texture to it. It will also cover previous damage.

I have the textured one that I just put on. I got it from Outmotoring. It went on pretty easily... had i taken my time with it a bit more i would have gotten fewer air bubbles probably... it does look good on the car and blends in well with the Astro Black finish.
This is what I have:
