Ready to join the club and need some advice - 08 Mini JCW

Saw this car a little while ago, its come down in price but it has 57k miles and the out the door price I got is 18k. I personally think that the price is a bit high (but what would be a good price). The body, tires, and interior are in good condition, a few small chips but nothing out of the ordinary. The BRAKE warning light stays on, although the brakes seem to be in decent shape, and the car needs an alignment.

I'm currently searching for a mini specialist in the area to do a PPI.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated guys! Thanks

You bought the car without having this issue looked at or fixed?
Because you're stuck with the required repairs now.
The BRAKE light could be anything from an ABS wheel sensor to a fault ABS pump.

Price seems really high...

Granted, the closest match they have is an S so the JCW will some, but in that condition I wouldn't expect it to add too much. The fact that it need some (potentially expensive) brake work is also a huge ding.

No MFSW so no cruise and not radio change options from the wheel and no BT. I would pass personally.
